I find that few melatonin products actually work for me, as needed with sleep. The majority affect me where I am unable to go to sleep and it's like it has the opposite affect by making my mind awake... this is one of the products that does not help with my sleep and makes it worse. Not sure why that happens, but it just is not good for me. My husband takes it and doesn't have issues, so really confusing & frustrating.
