These were good. My husband and I were having them as quick grab breakfast protein bars though and after a couple hours I was feeling that I had to go back to bed! Same effect for my husband. Found out later that ashwagandha should probably be taken in the evening. I don’t know if I felt more focus, which is what I was going for, but it definitely helps on the relaxation side! Minus one star because I found them slightly dry. It’s my own fault for not realizing they would make me sleepy lol

These are ok. I do prefer the other 2 flavors over the peanut. They will do in a pinch. Often eat in accompaniment with a hot energizing beverage. Coffee or tea of my choice. Great for afternoon slumps.
