I bought this because the noodles are both gluten free and low carb. The fine pasta is pretty good, but it is rubbery. The thick pasta is also rubbery, but with the thicker strands it's not very palatable. Maybe would purchase some of the thinner noodles again, but not this variety pack.

I love these brand, easy to make, you can add any type of flavor you desire, the first times I added salted mushrooms, basil and turkey sausages. It was delicious, the second time I went with ham spinach and Alfredo sauce delicious again. The texture for these type is smothered than other I use before.
