Strain it!

I really wanted to love this... but every time I mix it there's always chunks that remain. I've started straining it and it's a lot better. Nonetheless, I hate straining it and then throwing the chunks away. It feels like a waste. I do like knowing what is in my milk though! If I want to sweeten it, I can. I do 1 8oz glass at a time because I don't like how much it separates when I store it, even though it's to be expected.

Not bad at all

This has worked out for me. I blend a quart for 4 days worth. It is lovely. I would eventually like to try all the flavors.

No more cardboard nut milk cartons tossed in the trash! I use an extra large mason jar to make enough to last for the week, very cost effective. I think this tastes fresher than any of the carton brands and I have tried them all.

I haven't bought milk since I've been using this. The great part about it is no refrigeration after opening.

A little gritty

Not my favorite, though I like the amount of milk you get out of them. Have to use the vitamix to make it the least gritty as possible. There’s definitely separation which makes my morning matcha latte a little less tasty.

Not great. But... Modest Mylk is convenient to have on hand... just whip it up with water in the blender and you have nut milk for your recipe or beverage. Of all the flavors... I prefer this one. The only negative is that there are "leftovers" when you finish your beverage. Little nut crunches... annoying... but we can live with them. They take 'great' and downgrade it to 'good.' One tip... we measure our water in a pint jar and add the mylk base, screw on the blender parts, and put on the blender and blend on the highest setting for 60 seconds. This works so much better for us than using the regular blender "glass."

Wow I love this stuff! Not only did I find something that is virtually zero-waste, but it tastes great too. It's not too coconutty and doesn't taste like almond either (I'm not a big fan of either of those store bought versions). I just wish it was organic!

It is very good! Just make sure that you do blend for 1min. Very easy and fast, and you have fresh foamy coconut milk!

very neet concept for nut milk... does remain a bit grainy, but maybe there is a way to filter that out
