Think it could be helpful..
but misleading with the servings per container. Label notes 72 servings per container, but my partner and I finished it in less than 4 weeks (less than 60 servings!). I got a second jar in case the first jar was a fluke but I will pass because this would get pricey. I am also using moonjuice SuperYou which is why I think this could be helpful but can't make decision soley on this product. Will try another brand of ashwagandha to see if it helps.
