FYI it's less money (per bar) to buy the smaller 4ct. packs than the 12ct. "value" packs --which is kinda shady, but otherwise these are a 5 star item! These are great for those with insulin restistence! I didn't get a reaction from them and they still taste really good! Pretty sweet flavor, it satisfied my sugar craving well. Softer on the teeth than eating straight trail mix. Great item worth the extra buck.
