Why You’ll Love It

Chanterelle mushrooms may not be a mainstay in your diet yet, but that could change with the realization of how much plant-based protein, vitamin D, and riboflavin they provide. This wild-harvested, golden-bloomed fungi may look intimidating, but it’s actually quite easy to bring them into your kitchen. Sauteéing chanterelles in butter or a non-dairy oil of your choice is enough to bring out their delicate flavor, or add white wine and chicken stock if you’re feeling fancy, and voilà, you’ll have a flavorful side dish or delicious pasta

Add to rice

So delicious! Wish I could get fresh chanterelles, but in the meantime these will do the trick. Add to broth or hot water to reconstitute. I like adding to rice at the start of the cooking process. Don't need to do anything special and they flavor the rice wonderfully.

Tasted delicious. You do need to soak them first or if you’re making something brothy I just throw it in with everything else and it softens as you cook it. Wish it came with a little more.
