This gummy is magnesium citrate which will cause you to have loose bowls because it’s actually magnesium glycinate that these gummy’s should be made of. It’s just that magnesium citrate is cheap.

The flavor is good, but the gummy texture is thick and sticks in your teeth

I ordered these and took them for a month hoping they would help decrease my period and PMS symptoms. I still had intense cramps, heavy bleeding and lots of fun acne. it did however keep things moving at a fast pace..I basically had diarrhea every other day and could clear a room with my farts. will not be repeating this experiment.

These gummies feel like a treat in the evening and help me sleep well.
