Natural Vitality, CALM Magnesium, Raspberry Lemon

I used to buy this all the time. This last bottle has been horrible quality! When I mix it with water it goes cloudy at first, like usual, but with a brown tint. Once it stops fizzing the water will go mostly clear with a light brown discoloration and hard brown sediment on the bottom of the glass. This has happened with every glass I have made from the new bottle. In powder form it looks normal. The new company manufacturing this product seems to have poor quality control. I had to throw away my newest bottle and I will no longer buy this particular magnesium brand.

I use this to help me relax before bed . Helps with my restlessness leg syndrome.

“Calm”? “Anti-stress drink”? The marketing department may want to work on this. It should be “The calm before the storm”. The loud…violent… painful… storm. Calm was an anti-stress drink at night but had me stressing in the morning. I was afraid the neighbors might hear the painfully explosive gas pockets erupting from below and echoing in the commode.

Lemon is better, this takes second! Great to help with restless legs, sleep and GI issues.
