I’m going to knock on wood as I write this, but I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins while breastfeeding for the last 2.5 years and have not gotten sick nearly as often as I did ore-baby. Maybe it’s placebo, but I feel that these vitamins may have something to do with my relatively good health. These don’t make me feel nauseous and I can take them on an empty stomach.
