I struggle with insomnia and didn't want to have to take meds for it. Haven't noticed it made much of a difference but just keep me hydrated for a bit and cause loose and frequent bowel movements. You really have to mix it well for it to dissolve but it has a decent lemony taste.

Tastes good, but this is only Nuun product I've ever used in 7 years that has ever had issues dissolving. It leaves a big grainy mess at the bottom of your glass, regardless of temperature or if you try to stir it. I don't know if I had a fluke, bc I tried a sample pack and then got 2 tubes after that thinking it wasn't. But the full size tube tablets did the same thing. Darn shame too because I love the concept and ingredients of this particular Nuun.
