If you read enough about herbs, you're going to hear about ashwaganda. It's an adaptogen that has many benefits according to herbalists. This tea was a really great way to give ashwaganda a try. The tea tasted amazing, and I felt a boost of energy whenever I drank this. It wasn't disruptive like a caffeine buzz, though. I drank mine with a few drops of raw organic honey, but it tastes good with nothing added too.
