love this!

This salami is wonderful! It takes me back to my younger years when I could go to a great Italian deli, pick a link of dried Italian salami off a hook dangling from the ceiling and eat it as soon as I got in the car...loving every bite. However allergies and chemical sensitivities have deprived me of my beloved Italian salami for 40 years. Thrive gave this as a free gift a while back and I am so grateful! No nasty chemicals or additives that make me sick!!! What a blessing. Thank you Thrive! Thank you Pete Balistreri!

This salami has a terrible smell, color, and taste. I am going to pitch it. What a waste.

This is amazing sausage! I love the flavor (this one is my favorite) and texture. Yes, it’s hard and maybe slightly chewy, but I slice it very thin which is how I prefer sausage anyways and it’s great. I think the price is worth it for the great taste, and being nitrate free. I will say I thought it went bad after spending a few days in the refrigerator. It might have been fine, but I thought it smelled a little off. I usually try to use the whole thing when I open it, usually on a cheese board for my family.

Tastes okay, smells incredibly offensive

Posted   by Benjamin D J from Graham, North Carolina
This stuff will stink up whatever room you are in, and even in a ziplock bag it will stink up your whole fridge. Very offensive smelling product, tastes okay I guess but I can still sense the smell after I ate some.
