Decent gluten free substitution - by JenniferThis is an alright substitution for those who can’t have gluten. It has no taste and is crunchy if you taste it right out of the package. Taste and crunch gets better depending on how you cook it. The first time I threw it I sauce and heated it that way(after rinsing). It wasn’t very flavorful and still crunchy. Second time I tried boiling it like regular pasta and it softened (added salt to water too). I drained it and added sauce to it. It taste much better this way. I’d suggest boiling it first then adding sauce after you drain it. I will continue to buy them and may try the other types of pasta.
