May try other brands to compare but this was way better than store bought snd really easy to fix in my stand mixer. Lasted longer too even if we did have to slice it!

Homemade cinnamon rolls!

I use this mix to make gluten free cinnamon rolls. They are the 2nd best cinnamon rolls I've had since going GF. Tips: gf cinnamon rolls are a bit more difficult to make, find an online recipe to walk you through it. They are better the next day and freeze well.

I was extremely hopeful, it mixed up well and it did rise before it went into the oven. It smelled delicious while baking and my son couldn’t wait for it to get done so he could have a slice or 3

I've tried a couple of gluten-free bread mixes. I've used this brand for pancakes and baking mix and it was very good so I was hopeful for this bread mix. Turns out you need a bread machine or a heavy stand mixer. Well during the pandemic my heavy stand mixer got left behind as we evacuated Florida. Had to borrow a friend's bread machine. It really didn't come out anywhere worth the effort! There's other brands like simple Mills that only require a bowl and a spoon and they come out fantastic!
