First, the product cleans quite well and I’m happy with the performance. However, within the last 6 to 8 months, Planet Inc. engaged in the deceptive business practice of shrinkflation by reducing the size of their bottle from 50oz that had 32 loads last summer to the now smaller size of 40oz with only 26 loads for the same price. That’s a 20% decrease in volume. They told no one, to my knowledge. No emails were sent out by Planet or Thrive Market. No messaging was included on the now smaller bottle or on the Thrive Market page listing. Personally, I would much rather prefer to pay a higher price and still receive the 50oz bottle instead of this mess. It doesn’t matter if shrinkflation is a popular business practice being implemented by many companies today. It is still dishonest and shady!!! Both Planet, Inc. and Thrive Market must do better!
