My nails have never been stronger.. I've been taking collagen for almost a year now and my nails don't peel anymore!

really like this stuff very easy to use I put it in my coffee every morning can't taste anything and it's not Gritty at all .. I got this for hair skin and nails after having my daughter I've been using it for a month not really sure if I see much of a difference but I will continue to use it and see

This has become a staple in my morning coffee. It dissolves great and doesn’t leave any weird flavor behind. Nice to get some extra protein in with minimal calories and the added benefits of collagen!
