The texture is slightly off-putting, it’s kind of gelatinous. Also, the flavor is just ok. Not the worst but far too tangy/vinegary to be called “queso”. It’s an alright flavor and I will probably use it up mixing it into chili beans, etc. but if you’re expecting the umami cheese flavor you will be disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again.
