When I had the flu this spray really helped me out! My throat was so sore and once this spray arrived I mainly used it at night for when I would have cough attacks and it was instantly ease my cough and calm my throat down so I wouldn't feel it as much. Overall, definitely worth getting and keeping in your cabinet for when you really need it. You'll be glad you invested in it.

The Clove Oil ingredient makes it overpowering, intolerable

I purchased this product to use something with better ingredients than the popular Zicam stuff that is overpriced and available at all the big drugstore chains - the zinc molecule surrounds the multiplying virus, and serves to impede it's embedding in your sensitive throat/mucus membranes (method of action). I purchased what was supposed to be Peppermint flavor. All I can taste is bitter cloves. I hope Thrive Market will try selling a different brand, or different formulation.

My 6-year old and I were coming down with colds and sore throats. After trying throat coat tea and a few other natural remedies with no relief, a friend recommended this throat spray. I gave my daughter a couple of sprays every 1 or 2 hours and double for me. It knocked it out in no time. I will never be without this product again!
