While many of us may be focusing on the latest superfood trends or fitness fads, it’s easy to lose sight of the products and tools we use for our everyday health. This is what makes companies like RADIUS essential. By transforming something as simple as the toothbrush into an eco-friendly yet effective tool for daily dental care, this brand helps us take care of our own health—and the health of the environment. RADIUS is committed to manufacturing well-designed products while also making a major dent in waste reduction. The company even manufactures and ships all of its goods from a low-energy facility that uses solar power. Here’s a closer look at how RADIUS is helping to spread smiles.

The History of RADIUS

It all started in 1980 when architects, best friends, and innovators Kevin Foley and James O’Halloran sat on the Caribbean island of Tortola and decided they wanted to revolutionize a tool used every day by billions—the toothbrush! Three years later, the first RADIUS toothbrush was born, sporting a one-of-a-kind oval head, a bed of 6,500 super-soft bristles, and a palm-friendly handle. Since then, RADIUS continues to innovate and change the dental care landscape for the better.

With this approach in mind, RADIUS creates premium, thoughtful, and distinctive designer options for consumers around the world while making strides toward waste and energy reduction.
