About This Brand

Redmond

Today, Redmond is well-known for its sea salt, but it didn’t start out as a kitchen staple. In the 1960s, locals in Utah noticed that Redmond salt melted road ice better than traditional white salt, so Redmond began marketing its crushed salt as a premium highway deicing salt called “Ice Slicer.” Eventually, Redmond’s customers began requesting salt they could use in the kitchen, too, so in 1984...

Probably won't order again. While I appreciate the natural nature of this product, my mouth just never quite felt as clean and fresh. Went back to Dr. Bronner's.

Amazing

Once I got used to not having foam (that takes some getting used to) I was amazed at how clean my teeth have been feeling with any of the tooth pastes from this brand. Love them! Plus they all are great flavors.

Takes getting used to

My family complained about this toothpaste for a long time because it doesn't foam and is very different from conventional toothpaste. It splatters a bit because it doesn't have foaming agents in it, and it is also lacking glycerine, which can inhibit tooth remineralization. It is hard to find a toothpaste without glycerine, which is why my family has been using Earthpaste for several years.

It's surprising how clean my teeth feel after using this paste. I alternate using it with other brands, and I am finding this works better than most.

Tartar?

This EarthPaste exceeded my expectations. My teeth feel very clean and smooth. Bonus... I tend to get tartar build up on the lower front teeth on the back side because of a permanent retainer (very hard to clean!). This paste has removed most of the build up and with continued use I have no doubt will keep it from coming back. Wish Thrive would carry EarthPaste's activated charcoal version - now that stuff is tops!

Not much lather or taste

This toothpaste doesn't lather or have much of a taste. It does get your teeth clean but I prefer Kiss my Face over this .

Meh

Consistency of this was not even in two units I bought. One was watery, and one was too thick. I use a lot to clean my teeth, and it doesn't freshen my breath(not enough peppermint)

Good ingredients and works too. I bought the wintergreen for years and never wanted to try a different flavor, but then when that was out I decided to try the peppermint. I love it. I now prefer it over the wintergreen. Both are good though. My son uses the lemon twist and likes it too.
