I LOVE a stroop waffle. These are a pretty close replacement, but not quite the same. They’re not quite as chewy and pretty crumbly compared to an actual stroop waffle. Unfortunately, texture is a big part of the stroop waffle experience and I don’t know if I can look past it and buy these again
