Saucy Lips, Authentic Mole Sauce

Mole sauce is supposed to be big and bold on flavor. What the heck happened with this sauce? The flavor is undetectable. I can’t believe I’m stuck with another pouch of this; it’s sadly going in the trash as I can’t justify ruining more protein with it! Horrible. The worst product I’ve purchased in a long time.

I made this with chicken and the texture is nice but the flavor doesn't taste authentic. My husband thought it was bbq sauce and I have to agree. A little disappointed since it's gluten free and I was hoping to not have to make my sauce from scratch.

I love mole sauce, its got to be one of my most loved foods. This has a nice base, the texture and thickness is very good, the flavor and spice are greatly lacking.

I was excited to find a mole sauce that was gluten free and made some mole enchiladas with chicken and cheese and it came out delicious. Definitely going to be ordering more of this.

I made this with pre-cooked chicken chunks and served it over Mexican rice with roasted carrots. I thought it had a fruity and bland flavor, so I needed more salt and spice. Mom and husband enjoyed it, husband went back for seconds and said it was really tasty. Definitely an earthy flavor but not as chocolatey as I had expected. Mild heat level. Very easy to prepare!

Great for enchiladas mole or my personal favorite, easy dump and go dinner Taco casserole. Lots of cheese, sour cream, chicken, tortilla chips and mole. This stuff is a crowd pleaser.

This sauce was underwhelming. The flavor was very different from other mole sauces I have tried, and it had Very little flavor, very little kick. Won’t be buying again.
