I got a pouch as a free gift not realizing it was baby food. When I figured it out, I thought what I am going to do with this. I added it to soup and these would work well in soup to add flavor. Looking at these, I wish I could buy one pouch individually of a few flavors, and not an entire box, because I would use in soups to add an extra depth of flavor. So an entire box of one flavor does not work well for me. The ingredients are clean in this products, for that reason they deserve 5 stars.
