Chili con queso, salsa con queso, macaroni con queso (yes, it's a thing and it's absolutely delicious), queso con queso… Noticing any patterns here? We’re crazy about queso! And since our family concocted a dairy free queso seasoning that tastes remarkably like the real stuff, we got a little jiggy with it and started sprinkling it on foods left and right. Most notably, we added it to a batch of potato chips, freshly kettle cooked in avocado oil, and ended up with these amazing Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips. It might sound cheesy, but our life will never be the same, livin’ la vida queso.
