I eat beans daily and cook a big batch every week. This was my first time making Gigante and they were great. Super easy as far as dry beans go. I deduct one star because they’re not actually a full lb bag like most beans. Seems a little sneaky to sell 3/4 lb bag when nearly all beans are sold in full pound increments. Love that they’re regeneratively grown and the bag is compostable.
