These are my fav. Love that the folate is methylated so your body can absorb it well. Love the flavor. ***Just an FYI though - my OBGYN told me that gummy prenatals need to be chewed up really well to allow the vitamins to release into your system (as opposed to a pill or the chalky kind).

Ok I love the organic idea but early pregnancy this was really making me gag and hated the flavor. Not worth the organic part

Most people don’t realize how many heavy metals are in prenatal vitamins and these are one of the best things on the market for reducing your intake of heavy metals, when it matters most. I’ve always stayed away from gummies because of added ingredients and sugar but it’s important for me to compromise that to avoid prenatals that are high in heavy metals. Definitely easy to take and would recommend!
