While gummy vitamins aren't efficient they are convenient and the kids accept them more readily than tablet form. The added Omegas are helpful and they report it does not have a fishy taste but instead sweet.

4 gummies for 1 serving?!???

After I received the bottles, the directions say to take 4 gummies a day for a full serving! The whole point of Thrive is to rely on companies with less junk in their product. If my teens need to take 4 gummies for 1 serving of vitamins, then there is way too much sugar and junk in these, plus it will be super expensive as they will plow through that bottle. Very dissapointed.
