I have been taking this all winter, I deal with people in a close capacity for work and used to rely on Emergen-C. This year i switched to the Wellness Formula, I unknowingly was around two families who eventually all got the flu and a client with strep & a guy who was trying to take me out coughed in my FACE! and have avoided it all!
