Love their regular chocolate chip cookies. The lemon tastes fake in these, which really makes me question how healthy they are. Not worth it to me for the sake of being GF! Stick with the regular cookies for a treat!

I'm normally a chewy, soft-baked cookie kinda gal but I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did. They really taste homemade. And even though they're crispy they're not dry. They still have a tiny bit of chewiness. I bought chocolate chip, chocolate chip walnut, oatmeal raisin, and gluten-free lemon and I honestly love them all, but I think oatmeal raisin is my favorite.
