Albariño is a notoriously difficult grape to cultivate—especially organically—due to excess rainfall and humidity during the growing season. But Terra Mundi persists to offer a bright, expressive bottle with a floral bouquet and a hint of orange. This medium-bodied white is unoaked and texturally similar to Pinot Grigio, just with more crispness.

In the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War, the Méndez and Otero families looked to rebuild their lives and purchased their first vineyard together in 1940. Located near the Minho river in the northwestern tip of Spain, the estate has transitioned to organic farming practices thanks to the fourth-generation winemakers who oversee the vineyards today.
