Witch hazel is so amazing to use and I love this brand!
Now contains Phenoxyethanol.

Thayer's used to contain no potentially irritating or toxic ingredients, but they must have recently changed the formula. Now I am noticing that all the variations of witch hazel have Phenoxyethanol, which is a synthetic preservative. It can be irritating for people with sensitive skin, which is exactly the type of person who would be looking for a fragrance-free natural toner in the first place. This is so disappointing!

I started making my own all natural Bug repellent , I have been using different recipes and one calls for witch hazel but all the ones sold in stores also has other yucky ingreds so I was placing an order for more oils & checked to see if Thrive had witch hazel and yes they do & a much better one then sold in stores. I have made 2 batches with this and so far my family seems to like the batches made with this .

I splash it on each time after washing my face am and pm. It closes my pores - then add my moisturizer.
