I purchased this for my significant other after reading literature on study that was done involving people with heart issues(may have been Harvard but it did have a legitimate doctors study done-not positive where now) I believe this was involving high cholesterol. .. I think it was taking 6 to 8 cups of it per day for weeks. Not sure how it works though because he wasn’t able to have it and has been working extensively.
