Tiny pieces lumped in with huge chunks. Meat was also very tough. Will not buy again and would not recommend.

While I understand some cuts of meat are leaner than others, this cooked up extremely tough to the point of being a ruined dinner. The side of each strip varied so much in the pan. I bought strips to save time preparing the meal and so I wouldn't have to chop the meat, but the sizes were so different that made the cook time for each piece very different in the pan, which also didn't help improve the end result when cooking these for a meal. I won't be buying these again

I made these last night! They were extremely tasty and filling! Perfect dish! I added bell peppers and some onion with a little bit of lime to the skillet, and it was quick and easy. Matched with some potatoes in the air fryer, dinner was done in about 25 minutes!

Can be used for multiple dishes including stir fry and a stew kind of meal

Worked great in my stir fry.

Good quality

not stringy, or gristle, cooks well, little expensive

I wish it said grass finished.
