Great for recipes - by Laura CarmichaelThis was the first time using potato starch. It was needed for a recipe and it worked out wonderfully. I then used it to make a coating for beef hotdogs - kind of like a pigs in the blanket kind of thing. I think it would have turned out better if I had used some flour with it. The consistency was off. But hey, that is to be expected when using just potato starch and water. All in all, I highly recommend this if you are in need of potato starch.
