Love the individual portioning. No real ribeye "cap" and more gristle than I'd like. Also my steak was oddly sliced against the grain nearly in half once thawed; must've been packaged that way. Overall acceptable compromises for a decent organic and grass-fed steak option.

For the price of these steaks I expected less gristle and more tenderness of meat. Very thin and taste was just okay.
