Shirataki Noodles, Macaroni671635702487Used for centuries in Asian cuisine, shirataki noodles are made from glucomannan (a starch found in the konjac yam), and are free of fat, gluten, and soy. Here, the classic noodle gets a western makeover in the form of macaroni. Use them to make mac & cheese, casseroles, and more. Bonus: Each serving is only 10 calories!7 oz bag

These were not for me - by Pamela WhiteI'm sure others like them, but this product smelled funky and the texture was awful for me.
Shirataki Noodles - by MeganLove the regular ramen type noodles from this brand but my husband couldn’t get past how much these noodles look like slugs and the texture was awful.

Great pasta substitute! - by Stephanie AnneLove this with some egg and PB!
LOVE noodles...these were a weird shape! - by Jozina Bantle-HayesI love shirataki noodles and we eat them every week, but I strongly recommend the linguini, fettucine or spaghetti. These were kind of odd because they only had the outside shape of macaroni with no center. So they were dense...kind of like little noodle bricks!
