Pretty good. My boyfriend says they're a 4star and I say they're a 2 star, so I rated 3 stars. Stevia and dark chocolate are both bitter, which I'm not a huge fan of. I'm going to try adding cinnamon to the next thing I make them with to see if that cancels out the stevia bitterness.
