We thought “wild” was the only way to eat, too—until we learned about barramundi, a fish quickly gaining a reputation as one of the most sustainable seafood options. Our responsibly farm-raised barramundi is rich in omega-3s, low in omega-6s, and raised without any hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals. Because barramundi can be raised on a largely plant-based diet, they’re also free from other contaminants like mercury and PCBs.
