Wild Shrimp, Sustainably Caught
Our wild-caught shrimp meet rigorous standards in both production and trade, pioneering new benchmarks of sustainability in the industry. The shrimp are caught with small boats, helping to reduce bycatch and minimize fuel use. They are then processed in a state-of-the-art facility to ensure exceptional quality. The result? A clean, fresh flavor and firm-but-tender texture that’s second to none.

Wild Cod: A Simple but Elegant Entree
Sustainably sourced from the Northeast Atlantic, which has the largest cod stock in the world, our Greenland Cod delivers key vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. This mild white, flaky fish easily gives way to your fork and has a light, delicate flavor that pairs perfectly with a white wine sauce or a simple lemon wedge.

Barramundi: Sustainable Seafood at Its Best
We thought “wild” was the only way to eat, too—until we learned about barramundi, a fish quickly gaining a reputation as one of the most sustainable seafood options. Our responsibly farm-raised barramundi is rich in omega-3s, low in omega-6s, and raised without any hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals. Because barramundi can be raised on a largely plant-based diet, they’re also free from other contaminants like mercury and PCBs.
Treat Yourself to Our Wild Scallops
Sustainably harvested and wild-caught, our scallops are classified as “dry,” because they contain no added chemicals or water to ensure caramelization. The firm, creamy white meat is extra lean, cooks quickly, and has a delicate, sweet flavor. Try them seared with just a touch of butter for the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth entrée.
Wild Sea Scallops
Primed for Searing
Our ahi is rated green by Seafood Watch and considered one of their best-choice selections. The fish is hand-line caught in Indonesia and packed for freshness. It only needs a quick searing to enjoy (about 30 seconds on either side in a hot skillet).

Wild-Caught Salmon: A Crowd Favorite
Our sockeye salmon migrates from the rivers of Alaska to the Northern Pacific Ocean and back again where it’s sustainably harvested under Alaska’s strict environmental standards. This full-flavored fish boasts a buttery taste and beautiful red color, which means it doesn’t need much to be a total show-stopper. Try it broiled with lemon and garlic, or simply sear with salt and pepper.
