Excellent for a protein boost - by JessicaReally great product. When eaten alone, it doesn’t have a very strong flavor, but it’s great with a sauce of some kind. Wonderful sub if you’re avoiding gluten. When cooked well, this is not mushy at all! It remains al dente. Yum!
