Everyone needs this!

Filtered water is stripped of all the good minerals. This can cause your body to pull minerals from your bones. You can remineralize your water by adding this to the water you drink!! Love this! My nutritionist recommends this brand.

If you add the full serving size right off the bat you’ll probably be displeased. Work up to that. I add a squirt to my morning lemon water for extra electrolytes.

Although it tastes like drinking sea water, it helps with leg cramps and knee pain. No aftertaste like with Ultima. I drink a partial serving in a few ounces then drink plain water. Works like a charm!

Great for pre- and post-workout

I add this to my water before and after workouts, as well as my post-workout recovery smoothie. Great for anyone who sweats a lot, does a heavy breathing practice (yoga) or hot yoga, etc and needs a little boost in electrolyte intake.

Don't use too much otherwise makes your drink salty. Otherwise, does give me more energy.

Pretty good electrolyte, I only use 1/2 tsp for a cup of water to avoid the noticeable salty taste if use 1 tsp.

A Little Salty

This seemed effective; the recommended amount tasted a bit salty in just water, though.
