I have a daughter with special needs who gets eye infections every now and then. I noticed one coming on recently. Her eye was starting to swell like it does right before it gets inflamed. I put a drop or two of this in her eye, and the next morning it was normal. I've tried other silver products before, but none have worked that fast for her eyes. :)
