we use this in our RO water to put back what we took out in the filtering process. it is great for replacing the minerals we need in water, but do not use too much, it will tastes weird and become like a laxative!

We put a few drops in just about any drink to help with so many things, but easing constipation is primarily why we use this and it seems to help. It's VERY salty, so be careful how much you use!

not a trust worthy brand. they sorse there minerals in polluted Utah body's of water. made my family sick

Purchased to replace minerals taken out of my tap water by my reverse osmosis system. You need to do this so your muscles don't start pulling minerals from your bones. Like the bottle says, you can taste the drops but you get used to the taste after awhile. I've actually grown to like it even!
