I've always loved Traditional Medicinal's Echinacea Tea for when the cold/flu season hits. I was excited to find this version with Elderberry for that extra immune boosting ingredient. I like it with a bit of honey, good for a sore throat too, but the flavor isn't overwhelming like in some "immune boosting teas" so you can actually enjoy it, rather than just trying to drink it down.
