I love how soft and amazing this feels, and like that they tried to make a plastic free packaging. However, after a couple weeks, the cardboard started to get rough/warped and now it doesn't close properly. I still use it as my "office chapstick" (sitting on my desk) but can no longer close it and pop it in my purse like intended.

I wanted to like this more than I did. Concept is great, but with the product getting very soft even with just body temperature, there’s no way to keep it in your pocket or keep it in your car. I used mine then before bed, as I kept it on my end table. Since it would melt so easy, it would get on the outside of the tube so I wouldn’t suggest putting it in a purse/bag, either. The product itself is pretty decent, tho.
