About Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream began as a humble ice cream truck in Brooklyn and quickly became one of the most beloved names in premium dessert. Known for its French-style recipes (with extra egg yolks for a richer texture), Van Leeuwen crafts indulgent ice cream that’s anything but ordinary. With inventive flavors and nostalgic favorites, they make every pint and bar feel like a celebration.

At Thrive Market, we believe great ingredients make great desserts. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer Van Leeuwen’s gourmet ice creams—because even a scoop should be made with integrity.
