Convenient and good tasting

I was skeptical! Dang it's good! Tastes a lot like tuna!

I have been wanting to try mackerel due to the nutritional benefits. Was not sure what to expect! This being in olive oil helps make the flavor less “fishy.” Reminds me of tuna.

I was looking for low sodium food options for my husband, and he loves mackerel, the website says these contain only 140mg of sodium, when it arrives the can says there contain 320mg. that is way too much for him and has I known I would not have bought them. they are really tasty though so if sodium is not a concern then buy them! Its just frustrating that the information you see when you are buying is not accurate.

This tinned mackerel is consistently firm, flakey, and not fishy. I love it for salads, to have on the side with rice and veggies, or even on their own for a snack. Highly recommend!
