Reviews For Lentil Chips Sea Salt

I walked past these at the store yesterday and did a double take. Lentil Chips? The thought intrigued me, so I pick up a bag to see the ingredient list. Hook, line and sinker! I could read every ingredient and I even knew what they all were!
I couldn't help but try some after dinner. They are pretty good! Crispy and yet chewy. An interesting mouth feel with just a hint of salty goodness. (And lets face it, that's the reason we consume chips, right?) The amount of calories per serving is pretty good, considering what they are with other chip/cracker brands. I hate to even admit it, but I ended up eating half the bag in that sitting!
I will definitely buy these again!
I saw these didn't have a review and had to make one just so everyone would know, I've tried several varieties of lentil chips and they were all very dull or simply not palatable, but THESE are delicious! So delicious I used to buy a 12-bag box of them at a time. So glad Thrive has them! It's hard to describe the flavor... Something like a mix of potato chips with a verrrry light creamy taste, but not oily at all, and somehow delightfully crunchy yet soft as you start chewing them. They're very light and the amount of salt is perfect, I prefer these to potato chips any day, and I usually eat half a bag at a time--very addictive, and great as a stand-alone snack or with a meal! At least try a bag, you'll thank yourself later :)
