Great for Baking EVERYTHING!
I love the light, non-overpowering taste of Spectrum Naturals non-gmo refined grapeseed oil. Everything I use it in or on, has a light flavor, nothing heavy like some EVOO and other oils. Baking with grapeseed oil is the best because the baked goods have their own flavor, not a grease flavor.

My friend suggested I try a lighter oil. He recommended Grapeseed Oil, but I had never tried it. He said I had at his house a number of times. He always cooks with it! His cooking is so much better than mine is. Now, we are both good cooks! Thanks Thrive Market for a good product at a good price.

I use this to stirfry veggies, eggs, anything that is a slightly higher heat. Love!
I really like Spectrum Naturals but had never tried grapeseed oil until recently, due to its health benefits. It has a nice, lite-flavor and it's a more natural alternative to canola oil. I use it for stir fries and for greasing baking dishes.
